The health, welfare, comfort and productivity of nations are interwoven with new developments in industrial fields. A Nation can flourish economically by means of industries and that if it does not industrialise itself, it will perish. This department produces a minimum of 100 qualified Mechanical Engineers every year in the Diploma level 
        The properties of engineering material, design aspects of engineering components, the technical know-how of fluid pumps various Machineries Energy conversion systems etc are the subjects taught to the students. On the job training, various fields like training on specialized machines, Automobile Engineers, Electrical machinist are given to the students by well-experienced faculty. The well furnished CAD / CAM lab of our college is an added advantage to the Mechanical students.
